Holistic Wellbeing Membership Programme Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Holistic Harmony Membership Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.

1. Membership Tiers

1.1. The membership programme offers three tiers: Serenity, Bliss, and Harmony. Each tier includes specific treatments, discounts, and benefits, as outlined at the time of registration.
1.2. Membership benefits are non-transferable and exclusive to the member.

 

2. Payments

2.1. Membership fees are billed monthly on the last day of the month for use in the following month.
2.2. Payments will be automatically deducted on the same date each month.
2.3. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your membership benefits.

 

3. Treatments and Bookings

3.1. Members are entitled to the treatments specified in their chosen tier.
3.2. Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.3. Unused treatments from a given month may be rolled over to the following month, but must be used within 3 months. Any unused treatments after this period will expire.

3.4. Members receive priority scheduling. we work with you to find a re-occuring time that works for you.
3.5. Members are responsible for rescheduling or cancelling appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session. Please see salon booking policies.

4. Discounts and Additional Services

4.1. Discounts on additional treatments, products, or services as stated in your tier are valid during your active membership period only.
4.2. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

5. Membership Cancellation

5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any in writing (email carla@carla-miller.com).
5.2. Cancellation requests made after the monthly payment date will not result in a refund for that month, but you may use your benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
5.3. The salon reserves the right to terminate memberships if terms are violated or payments are not made.

 

6. Refunds and Transfers

6.1. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of salon closure or service unavailability for more than 30 days.
6.2. Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.3. Unused credits can be shared with friends and family members! You can even ask for a gift certificate for easy gifting!

7. Changes to Membership Terms

7.1. The salon reserves the right to make changes to the membership programme, including pricing, benefits, and terms, with 30 days’ written notice to members.
7.2. Members will have the option to cancel their membership if they do not agree to the updated terms.

 

8. Liability

8.1. The salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments or services provided.
8.2. Members must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to receiving treatments.
