Group Energy Sessions

These group sessions are a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect in a shared space with others who are also doing the inner work.

​

Each session is intuitively guided and gently structured. No two gatherings are ever the same. The focus is on creating a calm, safe environment where you can release what you’ve been carrying and leave feeling more grounded, clearer, and lighter.

​

You don’t need prior experience with energy work, meditation, or breathwork. You’re guided throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace.

These sessions are small and intentionally kept intimate, allowing space for deeper connection and presence.

Re:Set Energy Circle

The Re:Set Energy Circle is a monthly group session designed to help you clear, realign, and come back to yourself.

​

Each circle is intuitively guided and gently structured. Sessions may include grounding, energy clearing, reflection, intention setting, and intuitive guidance shared with the group when appropriate.

​

These sessions are available both in person and online each month. You can choose the option that feels most supportive for you.

​

People attend these circles to release emotional or energetic heaviness, reset after a busy or overwhelming period, reconnect with themselves, or simply sit in a supportive space without needing to explain or fix anything.

​

You don’t need to share unless you want to. You’re welcome to receive quietly and take what you need from the space.

Sessions last around 60–90 minutes.
Spaces are limited and booking is required in advance.

Breathwork Group Sessions

These group breathwork sessions are designed to help you move out of your head and back into your body.

Using guided breathwork, we create space for release, regulation, and clarity. Breathwork can help calm the nervous system, shift stuck energy, and bring awareness to what’s been sitting beneath the surface.

​

Each session is held in a safe, supportive way. You’re guided throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace. This is not about pushing, forcing, or having a dramatic experience. It’s about listening to your body and allowing what needs to move to move.

People come to these sessions to reduce stress and overwhelm, process emotions, feel more present, improve connection with their body, or gain clarity around what they’re moving through.

No previous breathwork experience is needed.

Sessions are held in small groups and last around 60 minutes.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, regulated, and connected.
